'You put on a crown of insult, you who painted the
earth in flowers, and were mocked when you donned the mantle, you who clothe
the world in clouds. By such dispensation Your compassion was made known, O
Christ, the great mercy, glory to You!'
'You worked salvation in the midst of the earth, O
Christ our God. You stretched out your immaculate hands on the Cross, and
gathered all nations, who cry to you: "Lord, glory to You!"'
